I am a passionate family medicine physician who believes that treating the whole person is the most important aspect in taking care of each individual patient. I care deeply about developing a trusting relationship and safe environment for each patient. I am a firm believer in the importance of preventative medicine and its importance in helping to minimize disease burden. I am truly blessed to be in a career that I can help people every single day.
Although I was born in Denver, Colorado, I spent most of my childhood and adolescence growing up in Cleveland, Ohio. My family relocated to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2015 after moving with my family from Joint Base Lewis McCord in Tacoma, Washington to Fort Carson, Colorado where I completed my active duty service obligation. My husband and three young children all love to spend as much time outdoors as we can. I enjoy running, biking, swimming and skiing. I am a huge sports fan and enjoy all types of professional sports.
