I am passionate about providing the highest level of care using evidence based medicine to treat the whole person during their hospital stay as well as improving overall health and wellness. It is a privilege to care for my patients at the bedside during some of their hardest times treating body, soul and spirit. A patient’s hospitalization can be an opportunity to make changes in lifestyle and address underlying chronic health problems that plague American society. During each patient encounter I attempt to identify barriers to care that hinder navigation of our modern healthcare system. I am also passionate about international medicine as well as working locally with underserved populations.
