A CU Medicine provider.

In my clinical care and research, I am committed to person-centered, evidence-based approaches. My multi-disciplinary research group conducts research to prevent injuries through: communication and connection, informed decision-making, and efficient and effective interventions in healthcare and community settings.

I am the founding Director of the Firearm Injury Prevention Initiative, a nonpartisan effort that uses education, research, and collaboration to work to prevent all types of firearm-related injury. http://cufirearminjuryprevention.org/
