As an osteopath I believe the body is capable of self-regulation and self-healing and I attempt to promote the body’s natural tendency toward self-healing and health when applicable with my patients. However, that being said, I do still practice evidence-based medicine which is rooted upon the best medical research available to us.
I grew up near St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Colorado with my husband after we finished our medical training. We cannot get enough of the beautiful outdoors here and enjoy exploring with our pup, Clover and our daughter, Camila.
