I love interacting with patients from all walks of life and listening to their stories. I believe that listening to a patient comprehensively can give you insight into their disease processes. It allows me to relay empathy and compassion to fully understand the patient and where they are coming from. By being able to do this, it permits me to treat my patients as a whole, not just a “disease”, and provide a higher quality of care.
Treating patients and having them fully understand their medical conditions is one of my top priorities, and becoming a Physician Assistant has given me the opportunity to fulfill this mission and help patients through some of the hardest times in their lives.
In my free time, I enjoy getting outside hiking, mountain biking, skiing or camping with my husband and two pups.
