With a compassionate, non-judgmental and welcoming presence, I am committed to creating a safe space for patients to expand their understanding of self and the impact our journeys can have on our overall health. I have a genuine desire to get to know my patients as they take the brave step into a professional therapeutic relationship. More than 20 years in helping professions has taught me the importance of a gentle, open and educational communication style. Using evidence based, best practice methods and interventions through an integrative approach allows me to tailor treatment to the specific needs of each patient. I strive to listen well and enjoy supporting patients in discovering their strengths while providing valuable new insights as they learn, grow and heal.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy traveling, snorkeling, cooking, music, theater, and spending time with my family and loved ones.
