I leverage modern pain science principles alongside personalized exercise prescription to support individuals in maintaining an active lifestyle throughout their recovery journey. I believe strongly in the power of patient empowerment through education, and am dedicated to helping patients achieve a pain-free life by providing the knowledge and tools they need for effective self-management and long-term wellness.

In high school, I was in a car accident that resulted in chronic back pain, ending my cross-country career but sparking my interest in chronic pain and athletic injuries. This personal journey drives my mission to help individuals with pain return to the activities that bring them joy. When I am not treating patients, I enjoy running, biking and climbing with my family in Fort Collins.
