My philosophy of care is the patient and I are on a team to find better health. I act as the team captain, but I can do nothing without the patient doing their part. This means I need to educate and answer questions. I want you to know why we are doing something and have you participate in the decisions for your health care. I think it is important to listen to what you want and have goals as we work towards better health. The right answer will be different for every person. My goal is to help you live the life you want to live, while educating and helping you avoid problems that might inhibit those goals.
I am a country boy at heart. I grew up in southeastern Idaho and learned the value of hard work. I love the outdoors and spend as much time as possible enjoying them with my family. I am married and have five beautiful children. When not at work, I can be found camping, hiking, gardening and hanging out with my family.
