Cancer diagnoses challenge each patient in different ways. Just as treatment must be tailored to the specific diagnosis, the approach to treatment needs to be tailored to the individual person while accounting for goals, beliefs and expectations. With these ideals in mind, I hope to ensure patients understand their diagnoses, goals of care and the approach we will take prior to making decisions about their care. Employing this holistic approach to patient care is best accomplished through a joint effort between patients and both clinical and non-clinical staff functioning as a team.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends while exploring new areas and finding new adventures. I prefer to spend my time outdoors running, hiking, biking and camping.
