Great patient care starts with listening and building a relationship based on trust. I strive to make every patient feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing even the most sensitive concerns. I value clear and honest communication, and I work closely with my patients to ensure they understand their options and feel confident in their care. By combining these principles with evidence-based medicine and the most up-to-date surgical techniques, my goal is to provide thoughtful care that reflects each patient’s unique needs.

I grew up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where I studied Biology and Global Health and graduated with Highest Distinction, ranking in the top 5% of my class. I then attended the Medical College of Wisconsin, where I developed a passion for urology’s unique combination of surgery, innovative technology and long-term patient relationships. Upon graduation, I was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

I completed my urologic surgical training at the University of Kansas. During my training, I was honored to receive awards for academic excellence, humanism, and peer recognition, reflecting the values that continue to guide my approach to patient care.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our dog. Since moving to Colorado, we have enjoyed exploring the outdoors through snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, camping and golf. I am a huge hockey fan and have played goalie since the age of four. I also love traveling, reading, cooking and finding new interests to explore.
