My approach to care is centered on building a relationship with each patient that is founded upon mutual trust and respect. It is my goal to give my full attention to each of my patients, listen to their priorities and concerns, and collaborate with them to create a plan of care that aligns with their goals. I focus on treating the whole patient holistically to optimize health and quality of life and utilize evidence based medicine to guide my approach to diagnosis and treatment. I encourage my patients to be an active part of their own healthcare and enjoy supporting them as they make decisions that are best for their physical and mental health.

Outside of caring for patients, I enjoy taking part in all of the wonderful outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. I try to soak up the sunshine whenever possible, but when the weather keeps me indoors, you can find me in a spin class, trying out a new recipe, listening to podcasts, or attempting a DIY project.
