I have been in the mental health field since 2016. I enjoy working with a variety of clients, including children and families, through the implementation of cognitive behavioral techniques, solution-focused discussions, and the development of accountable strategies. Through my different experiences I have gained insight when working with social, emotional and behavioral challenges in various environments. I pride myself on providing a safe, nurturing and positive environment where struggles are shared that can ultimately lead to empowerment. My focus has always been around helping clients attain positive and meaningful changes through age-appropriate approaches, collaborative dialogue and measurable goal-setting.
I am a Colorado Native. I enjoy hiking, running and being an avid sports spectator. I love spending time with my husband, children and dog– Gus!
