I believe that the relationship between physician and patient should be a partnership. I am a strong believer in the “Mind, Body, Spirit” concept of overall health, and try to empower my patients to take control of their health. My goal is to help guide patients to be the most healthful that they can be at each stage of life through education about prevention, disease management and acute illness care.

I love spending time with my wife and our four children. My wife and I share an interest in fitness as she is a personal trainer, and I enjoy cycling, running, weight lifting, love playing almost any sport with a ball, disc or a puck, and also really enjoy waterskiing and other watersports. I also enjoy watching the Nuggets, Broncos, Rockies, Avalanche and church activities.
