A CU Medicine provider.

I believe in empowering patients to improve their health, primarily through education and lifestyle changes that can prevent/treat chronic problems. I’ve worked with all kinds of people–young and old, healthy and sick, ultrarunners and ballet dancers, urban and rural, LGBTQIA, and everyone in between. My goal is for all of my patients to be their best, physically and mentally!
