My strategy is to listen to my patients first before embarking on blood testing and imaging studies for further evaluation. Sir William Osler is quoted as saying, “if you listen to patients long enough, they will tell you their diagnosis”.
However, modern medicine entails both subjective and objective measures to appropriately assess a patient. At UCHealth at Highlands Ranch we are well equipped to manage this task with our imaging and laboratory facilities at the Pavilion 2 location.
