I prioritize providing patient-centered care and a holistic approach to pain management. I am passionate about restoring patients to a functional level that improves their quality of life and overall well-being. I provide patient education on various interventions and treatments, so that patients are able to make an informed decision about their health care.
I have had prior pain management experience as a nurse practitioner with patients experiencing acute pain from various surgeries, cancer, sickle cell pain crises and chronic pain in both a hospital and a clinic setting. Before becoming a family nurse practitioner, I was a registered nurse in a medical surgical/emergency department float pool for about 6 years and a nursing assistant for 5 years.
I am originally from North Carolina and have grown to love the beautiful state of Colorado and its outdoor active lifestyle. During my free time, I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, crocheting, painting, cooking, going on scenic drives and traveling.Locations
