I like to use the most updated science and evidenced – based approaches to treatment that I can find. Compassion, honesty and empathy are important core values that I feel are very helpful in developing a trust between myself and my clients. Honest communication between patient and therapist are very important to achieve the best outcome possible. I also use a fair bit of humor from time to time.
Originally a Cheesehead, I moved to Colorado in 1969. I’m married with grown children. I love mountain biking, running, hiking and just getting outdoors!
