Additional Information: Christian Petersen-Hays is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who joined UCHealth in July 2026. He has a clinical focus in neurological rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics, balance retraining, fall prevention, and vestibular care.
Christian earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from California State University, Northridge in 2021 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Florida Southern College in 2025. Since completing his doctoral education, he has focused his practice on neurological and vestibular rehabilitation.
Christian uses an evidence-based, collaborative approach to care, emphasizing individualized functional goals to help patients improve their independence, safety, and overall quality of life. He values interdisciplinary collaboration and works closely with patients and their care teams to develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Outside of the clinic, Christian enjoys embracing the Colorado outdoors, whether skiing, exploring mountain trails, or embarking on new adventures with his family and his Pomeranian, Louis.
