Chelsea (Sturgeon) Ostrander graduated from The Ohio State University in 2011 and has been an orthopedic certified specialist since 2014. She has taken dry needling levels one and two from Kinetacore and was certified by Owens Recovery Science in Blood Flow Restriction in 2019.
