As a physician, I strive to empower patients regarding their health, by providing education in clear terms that allows the patient to make an informed decision. My goal is to be collaborative and informative so that patients can take charge of their health and make positive changes. I respect that everyone has a unique background and viewpoint, so I work with patients towards a common goal to improve their well-being. I believe in evidenced based medicine practices and I strive to provide counseling to patients that is supported by the medical literature.

I grew up in the Denver area and went to East High School and University of Colorado for my undergraduate degree. I have a two year old daughter, and my favorite activities include hiking and skiing.
