Chelsea received her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Fort Hays State University. She has primarily worked in pediatric outpatient rehabilitation with children ranging in age from 1-21 years. Chelsea has experience working with articulation/phonological disorders, motor speech disorders, early intervention, expressive and receptive language disorders, feeding/swallowing, pragmatic language disorders, literacy, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She is especially passionate about working with individuals who require AAC and has experience with alternative access methods including eye gaze and switch scanning. Her favorite part of her job is helping each patient find their voice and collaborating with families to help increase/generalize progress towards their goals. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband and two puppies, hiking, snowboarding, rock-climbing, paddle boarding, and going to see live music.
