Chase DeValk, MPAS, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant caring for patients at UCHealth Vein and Vascular Center.

He earned his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Bridgeport Physician Assistant Institute in Bridgeport, CT. He attended the University of Wisconsin for his undergraduate education, where he studied Kinesiology and Healthcare Science.   

Throughout his training, Mr. DeValk became especially interested in assisting surgeons in the O.R., as well as, following up with patients’ medical management and post-operative care, which led him to choose Vascular Surgery. Most importantly, Vascular Surgery allows him greater rapport with patients due to long-term follow up. He enjoys teaching his patients about screenings, surveillance, post-op care, and risk factor management.

Mr. DeValk grew up in Wisconsin. He has a passion for volunteerism and medical mission work. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities, exercise, spending time with family, and is an avid fan of the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers!
