I approach surgical patients with a strong focus on timely and thoughtful decision-making, especially in urgent and complex situations. My goal is to quickly identify and treat serious conditions while ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive, evidence-based care. I believe the best outcomes come from teamwork and shared decision-making, so I work closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, seamless care. I value clear, honest communication with patients and their families, taking time to explain conditions and treatment options in a way that is understandable and reassuring. Above all, I strive to treat every patient with compassion, respect, and attention, recognizing that behind every operation is a person and a family who deserve the highest level of care.
I was born and raised in a rural town in Northeast Nebraska. My spouse and I are blessed with 3 children and enjoy spending our time at a lake or in the mountains.
