I believe in getting back to basics—that the simple daily acts are the most important for overall physical and mental well-being. Every person has a passion—my goal is to try and get a patient back to doing what they love. The best medicine is a philosophy and practice that the patient and provider formulate together to improve the overall health and quality of life of the patient.
I have two dogs and enjoy adventuring as much as possible in my free time. I have aspirations of training for and completing several epic endurance challenges. I enjoy trail running, backpacking, skiing and being active outside in general.
