Life comes with challenges at all ages and I want clients to know that you do not have to go through them alone. I believe in a strength-based approach which emphasizes the client’s self-determination and internal strengths. By building a healthy therapeutic relationship, I strive to guide the client in discovering more about themselves and their patterns of behavior in a safe
environment. Ultimately, I want to help facilitate the changes you want to make.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my dog. I enjoy hiking, yoga, trying new restaurants, traveling, and reading.
