I care for my patients as a whole and not just for the one specific complaint they present with. I plan to provide evidence-based care along with holistic care to foster and cultivate a path to physical, mental and emotional balance and wellness. In doing this I will be promoting healthy lifestyle and disease prevention.

I will treat patients, with a deep sense of respect, humility, kindness and compassion and I assure open communication and treatment plans. I hope to inspire, educate, and empower patients to take responsibility for their health and in turn develop positive treatment plans and overall outcome of their health.

I have family that lives in Greeley and knew I wanted to be in Northern Colorado. I started conversations with the Longmont Clinic before they joined UCHealth and through those conversations I knew we were going to mesh nicely. Longmont Clinic joining UCHealth was just an added bonus. Now I get to join a great clinic and system!

My father is a nurse and I have always loved caring for people. I became a nurse and decided I wanted a little more responsibility and independence.

I enjoy spending time with my family as well as anything outdoors, sports/fitness, running, Crossfit, cycling, and cooking.
