I believe in transparency when caring for patients and in patient education. Ignorance is scary, and my goal is to have patients understand their disease process and feel they can have all their questions answered in a nonjudgmental manner.

I grew up in North Carolina, and spent years between undergraduate and medical school exploring Colorado. Medicine took my husband and I further west, and we spent nine years in the Pacific Northwest where our two children were born. We have returned to Colorado to enjoy the outdoors, hike and camp. I take pride and joy in my family, raising my kids in a progressive environment.
