I use a compassionate and relational approach to behavioral mental health. I look at behavioral symptoms as pieces to the puzzle to guide us to what might help you feel better and alleviate symptoms and meet your goals. As a therapist specializing in children and adolescents, I understand how challenging it can be when a family member is facing emotional or behavioral struggles. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where patients can express themselves, and families can learn to navigate these issues together. My intention in therapy is to empower you to feel more in control of your overall wellness by addressing and meeting your mental health goals.
My family and I love to go camping in our RV, and see new places. I love watching my young son grow up, he teaches me so much! I love a good book, being outdoors, and you can quiz me on all the hot springs in Colorado and I probably have been there.
