- Clinical interest for patients
-
My main clinical interest is in the medical and endoscopic management of patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) including Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. The UCH Crohn's and Colitis Center utilizes a multi-disciplinary team of IBD focused clinicians and support staff (nutritionsit, social workers, and nurse clinical coordinators) to provide cutting edge care for our IBD patients.
- Research interest for patients
-
My reserach activities are focused on investigating the underyling causes and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Specicially, I am interested in new blood vessel formation within the intestines (angiogenesis) and its contributions to gut inflammation.
