To advance the science and improve the practice of fetal cardiology.
To detect life threatening fetal heart arrhythmia and provide effective treatment for a long and healthy life after birth.
To provide excellent quality of care to mothers with limited access to subspecialty care via fetal cardiac telemedicine services.
To educate obstetrical care providers and sonographers to recognize fetal cardiac abnormalities so mothers and fetuses can receive the best care.
To empower the families whose fetus has cardiac disease to make choices consistent with their values.
To questioning the status quo and advance the field of perinatal cardiology through single and multi-center research.
To mentoring pediatric cardiology and maternal fetal medicine fellows/junior faculty who share the desire to excel in perinatal cardiology.
