My treatment style is heavy on various manual therapy techniques with a Mulligan and Maitland focused treatment plan. I include Graston as well as Dry Needling techniques as appropriate. My strength and conditioning background allows me to employ a greater variety of exercises to further improve patients of all athletic abilities.
Why UCHealth? UCHealth is an organization that strives for excellence and is at the forefront of new technology and procedures with the ultimate goal of improving patient success and outcomes. I felt that the organization aligned with my personal mission and goals and has been a great fit.
Hobbies: I am an avid snowboarder of over 14 years and was one of the main reasons I moved to Colorado. When the snow melts I enjoy hiking, mountain biking and ultimate Frisbee. Throughout the year I like finding new restaurants, traveling, playing with my dog and lifting weights.
