I approach patient care with the belief that medicine is as much about listening as it is about diagnosing and treating. My goal is to create a space where patients feel heard, respected and comfortable discussing their concerns openly. I take time to understand each patient’s story, priorities and challenges, so that care plans feel realistic and tailored, not one-size-fits-all. As someone trained in internal medicine, I enjoy managing both acute concerns and chronic conditions, with a strong emphasis on prevention and long-term health.

Research interest for patients

My research interests focus on cardiometabolic health, with a particular emphasis on heart failure and the evolving role of metabolic therapies such as SGLT2 inhibitors. I am especially interested in understanding how lifestyle and physiologic factors, such as circadian rhythms and shift work, impact long-term cardiovascular and metabolic outcomes. My goal is to contribute to research that bridges clinical evidence with practical, patient-centered strategies to improve outcomes in everyday practice.
