As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that healing happens in the context of safe, authentic relationships. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration and deep respect for your unique story. I view therapy as a space where you can be fully seen and heard — without judgment — while we work together to navigate challenges, build insight and move toward meaningful change.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs, strengths and goals — drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care and strengths-based perspectives. Whether you’re working through anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions or past trauma, I’m here to support you with curiosity, compassion and clinical skill.
I am a Colorado native still exploring the state that I’ve spent my entire life in. I love to spending my free time trying the new restaurants our state has to offer and taking my two dogs (Winnie and Teddy) on outdoor adventures to new places we’ve never explored.

My clinical interests center around supporting individuals as they navigate life’s complexities and transitions. I’m particularly passionate about working with:
- Experiencing anxiety, stress, or burnout, whether related to work, relationships, or internal pressures.
- Processing life transitions, such as career changes, loss, parenting, aging, or entering new stages of adulthood.
- Healing from trauma, including childhood experiences, relationship trauma, or systemic and identity-based trauma — always through a trauma-informed and empowering lens.
- Exploring identity and self-worth, especially for those seeking to better understand themselves, set healthier boundaries, or unlearn patterns that no longer serve them.
- Navigating relationships, whether you're working on communication, codependency, or recovering from toxic or abusive dynamics.
I enjoy helping clients develop deeper self-awareness, learn practical coping strategies, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. I believe in blending evidence-based approaches with warmth, humor, and realness — so therapy can feel both effective and human.
