As a physician assistant with previous experience in orthopedic spine surgery and pain management, my philosophy of care is centered on empathy, validation and collaborative treatment. I believe that truly listening to patients and acknowledging their pain—both physical and emotional—is essential to building trust and fostering healing. In specialties where chronic discomfort and complex conditions are common, validation goes a long way in helping patients feel seen and supported. I strive to combine clinical expertise with a compassionate approach, ensuring that each patient understands their diagnosis, feels heard in their concerns and is actively involved in their treatment plan. My goal is to not only alleviate pain but also empower patients to regain function and improve their overall quality of life.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and exploring the outdoors through hiking, skiing and paddleboarding. I have a passion for travel and love visiting new countries to experience different cultures, often planning trips around opportunities to hike or ski in unique landscapes. Music is also a big part of my life—I enjoy attending concerts whenever I can. Family is very important to me, and I cherish the time I spend with my nieces and nephews. Whether it’s adventuring in nature or enjoying time with loved ones, I strive to maintain a well-rounded and fulfilling life outside of my life as a PA.
