As a holistic primary care physician, understanding a person’s background, culture, health preferences and home environment are just the beginning of forming a long-term relationship that ensures the individual, not the disease, is the focus of our time together. Patient autonomy is of utmost importance. I enjoy taking the time to educate my patients and empower them to make better choices with a strong emphasis on prevention, as well as treating a wide variety of acute and chronic adult conditions. My goal is to listen to your needs, provide evidence-based education about your treatment options, and develop a plan together that is in tune with how you would like to be treated.
I was born in Puerto Rico. I speak and write fluently in Spanish. I enjoy hiking, dancing, cooking, reading and spending time outdoors with my spouse and pets.
