My approach to care focuses on active listening, preventive care and health education. I want to partner with patients and families to develop treatment plans that support long-term wellness and informed decision-making. I strive to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard and supported.
I was raised in Northern Colorado, and live locally with my two sons and husband. We have two labs and enjoy being outside every chance we can get. In my spare time you can find me building legos with my sons, reading, making balloon arches, or playing board games/cards with friends.
