Central to my health care philosophy is collaboration and trust. I prefer to work alongside patients as a meaningful and trusted partner to help improve their health and prevent illness. To achieve this, I focus on the well-being of the whole person in addition to the specific disease process they may be experiencing when they come into the clinic.
Using a patient-centered & outcome-based approach, I strive to meet patients where they are at present and focus efforts on evidence-based interventions to improve their condition. It is important to me for patients to leave the clinic with confidence in their health care decisions.
Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two daughters, and other local family—especially outdoors in the beauty of Colorado! I spend the majority of my non-working time watching and supporting my kids in their various sports and theatre activities. I try to find time for my hobbies which include cycling, skiing, traveling, cooking, and watching just about any sports competition. In my free time, you’ll find me enjoying an audiobook (usually historical fiction) while trying to wear out my incredibly active border collie!
