A CU Medicine provider.

I believe that patients who trust me with their care deserve the best available support for their concerns. To that end, I pride myself in providing only evidence-based, cutting edge psychological interventions to help patients improve their functioning and quality of life.

I am what you might call “indoorsy.” Some of my passions include board games, collectible card games, computer gaming, and other assorted nerdery.

Clinical interest for patients

I find helping patients with their anxiety to be some of the most satisfying and rewarding work I do. Additionally, helping patients to improve their sleep is another area that I find great success in. Lastly, I have specialized training and experience with tic disorders and body-focused, repetitive behavior disorders (e.g. hair-pulling and skin-picking). As a primary care psychologist, it is my job to be a generalist, meaning that I can help you address your mental health goals regardless of what they might be.
