I believe therapy is a collaborative process where a client explores new perspectives, while challenging old thought patterns or habits. My goal is that in an affirming, safe and judgement-free space, my clients will heal, grow and thrive. Utilizing a trauma informed lens, Psychodynamic and Solution Focused Therapeutic interventions – my hope is to develop rapport while creating a space where you feel secure and confident. The approach I use in our sessions is inviting, conversational and straightforward. I have experience in supporting clients with issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, crisis intervention, substance use, self-harm and suicidality. Together we can approach your treatment goal with my aim to always meet you where you are; and to work alongside you to support you achieving a more self-assured and authentic life.
Outside of work I enjoy going to see movies with friends, stand up paddle boarding and hiking with my partner, our young son and dog.
