I love to tailor my treatment approach for each patient, meeting patients where they are at and coming up with a plan that works best for them. I incorporate many non-pharmacological treatment methods, and try to give patients several options of how to manage their care. I also put a large emphasis on educating patients about both what is going on with them and what they can do about it.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family, which includes my husband, two teenage daughters, and my dog. I am a very curious person and strive to learn something new every day. I am a voracious reader and podcast listener. I love walking and hiking.
