I believe we all have the power to positively impact our own life. As a therapist, I focus on empowerment and instilling a sense of hope that encourages meaningful change. My therapeutic style is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy while utilizing strategies from several other treatment modalities. I am passionate about helping people understand the connection between what they think and how they behave in a realistic and approachable manner in order to meet their unique needs.
I am originally from the Pacific Northwest, but have enjoyed living in several states and areas of the country. I recently moved from Hawaii to Colorado with my family and two dogs, Rex and Mesa. I enjoy exploring the outdoors, getting acquainted with my community, and traveling.
