My priority is learning about each patient as a unique individual with personal goals. I value input from patients and strive to work collaboratively to help each person reach their highest potential. While completing my degree at Colorado State University, I worked in the Assistive Technology Resource Center with students who sought assistive technology solutions to access and fully participate in academic courses. I am experienced in alternative computer access, reading and writing supports, and ergonomic options.

I have a graduate degree in anthropology which helps me to see how culture influences health and healthcare practices. I appreciate the diverse ways that people understand their overall health, and aim to honor beliefs while facilitating improvement in wellness. Additionally, I have worked as a licensed massage therapist, Pilates, and dance instructor. I enjoy incorporating touch through manual therapy in my treatments.

I love dancing, music, Yoga, and biking. I grew up in Wyoming and attended massage training in Boulder, Colorado before meeting my husband who served in the military. We lived in many places, including Alaska, before settling in Colorado with our two amazing children.
