Alexa received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado-Anschutz Medical Campus in 2018. She specializes in pediatrics and treating children with a variety of needs including neuromuscular, developmental, musculoskeletal, and genetic disorders. Alexa is certified in functional trigger point dry needling and has a passion for helping others and loves to help patient’s reach their personal and performance goals. She enjoys treating patients of all ages, from newborns through young adults, and finds joy in developing meaningful relationships with the individual she works with. Since completing her board certification in pediatrics, Alexa has continued to emphasize evidence based practice techniques in her sessions and has continued to grow her knowledge and skills for NICU graduates. Outside of work, some of her hobbies include spoiling her daughter, chasing after her four fur babies, hiking with her husband, and participating in crossfit competitions.
