A CU Medicine provider.
I am passionate about providing whole-person care that is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I enjoy working with patients from diverse backgrounds and individualize my approach based on the strengths, needs, values, and resources of patients. I’m proud to offer an LGBTQIA+ safe space.
In my free time, you can find me exploring beautiful Colorado, cooking up a storm (and likely making a huge mess in the process), or reading quietly alongside a cup of tea I’m forgetting to drink.

- Clinical interest for patients
-
I specialize in brief, research-supported approaches that offer practical solutions, such as new skills and ways of thinking, to help patients better function and enjoy their lives. My areas of specialization include treatment for anxiety, panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, stress, insomnia, concentration issues, and trauma. I also offer a 5-session research-backed treatment for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) called Written Exposure Therapy.
As a consultative psychologist, I specialize in brief and effective psychotherapy. I also help patients establish with more ongoing psychotherapy services as needed or desired.
Please note I am only able to accept patient referrals from primary care providers in the UCHealth Lowry clinic.
