My approach to patient care is to facilitate the inherent self-healing properties of the body, counsel and educate based on scientific medical evidence, and partner with my patients to achieve their health goals.

I am a Colorado native and love to explore this beautiful state with my husband, our two young sons and our sweet boxer. We love to travel, cook together and spend as much time outdoors as we can.
