I enjoy seeing patients of all ages and love the continuity of care and long-term relationships that can be built with working in primary care. I believe one of the most important aspects of providing quality care is good communication, especially in taking the time needed to listen to a patient’s concerns. We can then develop a realistic plan together – using both evidence-based medicine as well as more holistic-based treatments when appropriate to work towards achieving and maintaining your best health possible.
I love being a mother to our fast-growing little girl, and enjoy spending my free time with her and my husband exploring the great outdoors, working in our garden, or playing with our dog.
