I whole-heartedly believe individuals are naturally creative, resourceful and whole, and sometimes we need a little help re-discovering that. This is where I come in! I approach all patients from a strength-based perspective and partner with patients to reach their goals. I am skilled at cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, embodiment practice and values discovery. As a social worker, I highly embrace my professional values of service, social justice, the dignity and worth of the person, the importance of human relationships, integrity and competence. These are active in my practice to patients and our community. Therapy can be scary and intimidating, and I hope to help patients see that it can also be incredibly helpful and healing.

My husband and I live with our two cats in East Denver. We enjoy travelling, exploring new places, riding bicycles and eating at the many delicious restaurants around Denver. I also love to get creative with gardening, cross stitching and planning elaborate vacations that may or may not happen!
