Our robust programs deliver patient navigation, support in coping with cancer, and research services to patients. Whether your medical plan includes surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, or a combination of other support services, we can offer expertise and education as a partner in your journey.

Patient navigation

A cancer diagnosis impacts your whole life, so we structure our cancer services to provide you with the latest cancer treatments and choices in cancer support and survivorship services. We realize it can be difficult to know where to start. Oncology nurse navigators are here to work with patients, family members, and physicians to overcome any confusion or barriers to individualized, quality cancer care.

Patient navigators provide a personalized plan for understanding treatment options and finding access to resources during the cancer journey. This free program is supported by specially trained nurse navigators who are experts in cancer treatment.

Because cancer care is so complex, nurse navigators are dedicated to you, lessening the burden of cancer for you and your loved ones. You can call a patient navigator at any point in your cancer journey – whether you are newly diagnosed or already in treatment.

Scheduling

Please call our office to schedule your appointment.

Please provide all the following information at your scheduled appointment:

  • Insurance card
  • Photo ID
  • Referral (if needed)

To allow enough time to complete your check-in process, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

We require 24-hour advance notice if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment.
