We offer a full range of Memorial Hospital’s outpatient physical rehabilitation program and are committed to providing the highest quality rehabilitative care in the Pikes Peak region. Our one-on-one rehabilitation approach offers patients a skilled, safe, patient-centered experience designed to restore function, independence and quality of life.

We are proud to offer a specialized Concussion Assessment Clinic at this location.

The UCHealth Concussion Assessment Clinics work closely with your primary care team to bring expert comprehensive concussion assessment, treatment and management. The CAC individualizes your recovery through adaptive care, ranging from recommendations for accommodations to transition back to normal school and work activities.
