- Primary Care. From pediatric well visits and routine physicals to the maintenance of chronic conditions like diabetes or cholesterol management, our primary care physicians provide expert care for your entire family. Open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.,
closed on weekends.
Call our Urgent Care clinic at 719-364-9560 - Urgent Care. Open 7 days a week. Have an illness or minor injury that doesn’t warrant a trip to the emergency room, yet is too important to wait for a primary care appointment? Come see us! Walk in or reserve your spot in line and we’ll text when it’s time to come in. Open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Occupational Medicine. UCHealth’s Occupational Medicine program works closely with your organization to individually customize your protocol to meet your specific needs. Our Occupational Medicine Team is to dedicated to referrals, communication, and follow up with employers, insurance companies, and the injured worker.
